CrossFit is for anyone. Your body type, age, fitness experience or health condition is irrelevant. Our fitness program will help you lead a higher quality life. The coaches at Saint City CrossFit have helped many people lose weight, gain muscle, improve their eating habits and recover from injury and illness. All movements can be scaled to accommodate your current physical condition. CrossFit is a fitness program comprised on basic gymnastic movements, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, body weight movements and endurance training. Saint City Crossfit offers a supportive community that will be there with you every step of the way. Walking into a new gym for the first time can be very intimidating, but at Saint City, it does not have to be.

Our coaches have been training and coaching CrossFit for well over a decade. We have seen the results that an individual can incur when training CrossFit. We have trained individuals with specific goals, whether that be competitive goals either in CrossFit specifically or another sport, retirees looking to continue leading a quality life, injured individuals looking to recover in a safe and efficient manner, individuals battling chronic illness and parents looking to keep up with their busy children.

A typical CrossFit class will start with a group warm up, followed by a breakdown of the ‘workout of the day’ by your coach. Once you have a clear understanding of the workout, you will proceed to move through the sequence. Your Coach will support your through the entire workout and offer tips and tricks to make movements more efficient. Our CrossFit program is designed with careful thought and consideration by Saint City Coach and Owner, Auty Brooks.

A major benefit of the CrossFit community is that our community has become family. You will not find the kind of community feel that we offer at a standard gym. We offer a monthly event such as our Hawaiian birthday workout, many charity events and family days to help forge a community bond between our members. All members and their families are encouraged to join in.

Our FREE Intro Program:

Our intro program is an integral part of our gym. We feel that the more educated our clients are about their bodies and the execution of movements, the more successful they will be. Our intro program focuses on educating our clientele which will enable them to make informed decisions based on their own body awareness. Whatever your goal, we will be there to support your every step of the way.

How will you benefit from the intro program? Unfortunately our society is lacking the ability to make informed decision about nutrition and fitness due to the conflicting information out there. There has been an increase in type II diabetes and obesity due to the lack of understanding about health. During our intro program you will learn to make informed decisions about your health. You will have greater body awareness, a basic understanding of nutrition and a basic understanding of functional movements. Most importantly? You will have fun doing it.
